Sour

INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz of Fove White Acerum
• 1 oz of lemon juice
• 3/4 oz of FOVE Citrus Syrup
• 2 dashes of Bittercube Orange Bitters
• 1 egg white (or 1 dash of vegan emulsifier)

PREPARATION

‍

1. Place all ingredients in a shaker with ice.
2. Shake vigorously until a thick foam forms.
3. Strain and pour into a coupe glass.
4. Optional: Garnish with a few drops of bitter.
