This cocktail combines the bitterness of espresso with the herbal notes of our Amber Acerum. The cocoa adds a gourmet touch that pairs beautifully with the coffee nuances. Each sip reveals a perfect balance between the invigorating espresso and the woody, slightly sweet complexity of the Amber Acerum. A cocktail that is both rich and comforting, ideal for after meals or evenings when you want to savour something special.

ESPRESSO FOVE

  • 1 1/2 oz Amber Acerum FOVE

  • 3/4 oz Barista Coffee Liqueur

  • 2 shots Ristretto or a small espresso

  • 1/4 oz Maple Syrup

  • 2 dashes Cacao Bitters

Marie-Antoinette coupe

PREPARATION

  1. Place all the ingredients in a shaker with ice.

  2. Shake vigorously.

  3. Strain into a glass and discard the ice.

  4. Return the mixture to the shaker and shake a second time (dry shake).

  5. Double strain into the Marie-Antoinette coupe.

GARNISH

  • Sprinkle with grated chocolate and a bit of ground coffee.

  • Decorate with maple candy cane (optional).
