Founder Corinne Cluis is the motive force behind FOVE.
With a PhD in molecular biology, Corinne spent several years in the yeast industry developing new products for distilleries. In that time, she deepened her understanding of fermentation and the flavours specific to the alcohols being distilled.
Fired by an abiding passion for research, Corinne decided to follow her passion to create, here in Quebec, convivial, refined spirits.
