
INGREDIENTS
- 2 oz of FOVE Amber Acerum
- 1/4 oz of maple syrup
- 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
- Crushed ice
- 8 mint leaves
PREPARATION
- In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the maple syrup using a muddler
- Add the Acerum, then fill the glass with crushed ice
- Stir with a spoon until the glass is well chilled
- Add a bit more crushed ice to form a dome
- Add the 2 dashes of bitters
- Garnish with mint leaves
