• 2 oz of FOVE Amber Acerum
  • 1/4 oz of maple syrup
  • 2 dashes of Angostura Bitters
  • Crushed ice
  • 8 mint leaves


  1. In a glass, muddle the mint leaves with the maple syrup using a muddler
  2. Add the Acerum, then fill the glass with crushed ice
  3. Stir with a spoon until the glass is well chilled
  4. Add a bit more crushed ice to form a dome
  5. Add the 2 dashes of bitters
  6. Garnish with mint leaves
