CRAFTING

A blend of locally distilled rum from molasses and rum from Colombia. Macerated with ZAB specialty coffee beans, enhanced with cold brew and a touch of sugar for balance.

NOSE


Freshly roasted coffee, dark chocolate, dried fruits, molasses, leather, tobacco, roasted hazelnuts.

PALATE


Round and silky, lightly sweet, with notes of fruity coffee and melting fudge. The finish is lingering and well-balanced.

A unique rum, born from meticulous craftsmanship and a collaboration with ZAB's artisan roasters. Specialty coffee beans are macerated in a blend of rums from Quebec and Colombia, then enhanced with a fruity cold brew and a touch of sugar. The authentic aromas of roasted coffee are then released: chocolate, dried fruit, and toasted hazelnuts. The rum amplifies this intensity with hints of molasses, tobacco, and leather. Round and smooth, it reveals the perfect balance between depth and richness.
