2 oz FOVE Rum
1.25 oz Lemon juice
1 bar spoon Honey
A few pieces of pineapple
Method
Add the FOVE Rum to a shaker.
Muddle a few pieces of pineapple in the rum.
Add a bar spoon of honey.
Add lemon juice and ice.
Shake vigorously.
Strain into a glass with fresh ice.
Top with The Great Gentleman Spicy Ginger Soda.
