Apple Spritz

INGREDIENTS

• 1 ½ oz Acerum Ambré FOVE

• ¾ oz passion fruit syrup

• ½ oz lemon juice
• 2 oz apple must
• Soda or dry sparkling wine

GLASS

• Spritz glass

PREPARATION
In a large glass filled with ice, add the Acerum, passion fruit syrup, lemon juice, and apple must. Stir gently, then top with soda or dry sparkling wine for the sparkling touch. Add a straw for tasting.
