INGREDIENTS
¾ oz Fove White Acerum
½ oz Elderflower Syrup
½ oz Lemon juice
¾ oz Pear nectar
Sparkling wine or Champagne (your choice)
PREPARATION
Glass: Champagne flute
Technique: Add all ingredients to a shaker. Strain and pour into the flute. Top with Champagne or Sparkling wine.
Garnish: Pear slice or lemon zest
