INGREDIENTS

  • 1 oz Dark Rum (FOVE)
  • 3/4 oz Red Vermouth
  • 1/2 oz Amaro Nonino
  • 3 dashes Angostura Bitters

PREPARATION

  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker with ice
  2. Vigorously shake
  3. Strain the ice and pour into a coupe glass
  4. Garnish with a maraschino cherry
