PALOMA

Ingredients:

• 1½ oz FOVE Amber Acerum
• ¼ oz simple syrup (or maple syrup)
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 oz grapefruit juice
• Soda

Glass: Highball glass with a half-rim of salt
Technique: Add ingredients to the glass with ice, stir. Top with soda.
Garnish: Grapefruit slice
