PALOMA

Ingredients:

• 2 oz FOVE Amber Acerum
• 1 oz simple syrup (agave syrup if possible)
• ½ oz lime juice
• 2 oz grapefruit juice
• Soda

Glass: Highball glass with a half-rim of salt
Technique: Add ingredients to the glass with ice, stir. Top with soda.
Garnish: Grapefruit slice
