
CLÉO Cocktail — Coffee, Maple & FOVE Coffee Rum
The Cléo is an original cocktail from Verdun Beach that combines coffee, maple syrup, and FOVE Coffee Rum. Its smooth milk punch texture is paired with a light orange foam for a fresh and balanced result.

Recipe
Milk punch mix (fatwash)
1 part espresso
1 part coffee liqueur (Kahlúa)
1.5 parts FOVE Coffee Rum
0.25 part maple syrup
1.25 parts milk
Let the milk curdle for 1–2 hours, then filter using a coffee filter.
Orange foam
350 ml orange juice
1 g xanthan gum
Blend in a blender, pour into a siphon, and add 2 gas cartridges.
Cocktail assembly
1 oz FOVE Rum
2 oz milk punch mix
2 dashes Angostura
Stir and serve in a coupe glass. Top with orange foam.
